Returns & Refund Policy

We are sure that you will be pleased with your purchases from Millington Adams. However, we realise that you may possibly wish to return an item to us.

If you change your mind

If you would like to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt or delivery of the item to inform us you would like to return the piece.  Full returns instructions will be included with your invoice.

You are entitled to a full refund, but are responsible for paying for the return shipping back to us. Also, the item has to be returned in the condition in which it was received, otherwise we are able to deduct necessary restoration costs from your refund.  You will be refunded when the item has been received safely back to our premises.

Non Receipt Of Items

If you have not received your items you must inform us within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Once we know you have not received your item we will investigate the matter fully both internally and with our carriers. Unfortunately we cannot investigate non receipt deliveries after this time has elapsed.

Items Damaged in Transit

If any piece appears to have been damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to annotate the carrier's delivery note accordingly, and take photographs of the damage, please e-mail these to us as soon as possible. Damaged items should be returned in their original transit packaging. Once we have received the item we will inspect it and contact you as soon as possible.
