Description: A pair of mid century teak “ring” armchairs designed by Nanna Ditzel. The upholstered boucle seat and upper ring forming the arms and backrest, supported by four teak javelin-shaped legs.

The ergonomic seat and backrest are wider than average, allowing for multiple seating positions. The chair is refined in its execution and design, but intended to be supremely relaxing in practice.

Further Information: The ‘Ring’ armchair was designed by Nanna and Jørgen Ditzel in the 1950s and produced by the master cabinetmaker Kolds Savvaerk. The chairs bear the designers and manufacturers insignia underneath the seat.

Condition: Excellent. The chairs have been cleaned and waxed. Recently re-upholstered and recovered.
