Description: A superb and rare George III burr yew oval pembroke table. The oval top centrally segmented into four sections, with a rosewood banded and box strung inlaid oval panel. The whole top cross banded in rosewood and strung with box. The bow fronted frieze, with a single rosewood banded and box strung drawer with opposing dummy, flanked by a an oval pattarae to each side. The drawer and opposing dummy are fitted with the apparent original gilt brass oval handles. The table is supported on four sqare section, tapering legs with inlaid box strung rosewood panels. The legs terminate in brass capped castors. Lovely quality, fine detailing and excellent colour and patina throughout.

Condition: Possible minor old restorations, waxing.
