Description: A fine George III Sheraton period figured mahogany, satinwood panelled & banded demi-lune pier table, retaining excellent original colour, patina and of wonderful slim depth.

The top primarily of well figured mahogany with inlaid satinwood demi-lune panel, satinwood banding which is inlaid with ebony & box stringing.

The frieze with inset satinwood panels banded with rosewood, strung with box & ebony. The table is supported by four square section, boxwood strung tapering mahogany legs, each with an inlaid floral pattarae at the hip and a strung satinwood band at the ankle A handsome table of excellent proportions, apparently in fine original, yet cared for condition.

Condition: Excellent. Minor restorations, waxing.
