Description: A fine pair of George III mahogany wall shelves in the Chippendale manner. Each piece with 4 graduated spacing display shelves, supported at the front by tapering ring turned columns and by a rectangular vertical rail. Beneath the bottom shelf a pair of flame mahogany fronted oak lined drawers, each fitted with two diminutive mahogany knob handles. Each piece is finished by a Chippendale style pierced C-scroll fretwork bracket to each outward side. Delightfully simple and eminently practical; a lovely pair of shelves.

Condition: Excellent. Possible minor old restorations, waxing. The marble top probably original.
