Description: A fine pair of George III Sheraton period demi-lune card tables, veneered with the finest West Indian satinwood and cross-banded with tulipwood.
The tops with a large inlaid marquetry fan positioned centrally on the straight side, with tulipwood cross-banding, strung with box and ebony around the periphery and a further large concentric sycamore fan. Both rear legs swing out to support the opened top which has a green baize lined, leather edge playing surface.
Below the frieze divided into panels, again with tulipwood cross-banding around each. The square section tapering legs with ebony strung edges and ebony toes.
