Description: A fine George III plum pudding mahogany butterfly Pembroke table of fine original colour and patina. The butterfly shaped top incorporating a rectangular central section with adjoining butterfly shaped drop flaps. Below the frieze with cockbeaded drawer to one side and opposite dummy, both fitted with original anvil shaped drop handles, supported by square section tapering fluted legs headed by carved patterae and terminating in spade feet with cap brass castors. The plum pudding grain on the top is fabuous, with tremendous depth and an almost translucent like quality - a superb table.

Condition: Excellent. Possible minor old restorations, waxing.
