A fine Sheraton period figured mahogany & tulipwood banded demi-lune pier table, retaining excellent colour and patina. The top of well figured mahogany with tulipwood banding and inlaid box stringing. The frieze again tulipwood banded and boxwood strung, with a lower boxwood border, with inlaid shell decoration on each leg hip, the four supporting legs of square, tapering section inlaid with tulipwood and strung with box. A handsome table of excellent proportions.
