A fine rare George III mahogany triple pedestal dining table of excellent colour and patina and of neat proportions able to seat up to 10 people. The well figured rectangular shaped top with rounded corners, made up of three sections, each with the ability to tilt and with its own pedestal base, the sections are held together with brass clips. Below each base section comprises of a tapering gun barrel column with ring turned relief, four swept sabre shaped legs terminating in brass caps and castors. Of particular note is the excellent colour, patina and grain (not depicted well here) of the superbly level and straight top. Good triple pedestal tables are rare and generally quite expensive, this is an excellent table and we are pleased to be able to offer it for sale.
